Sparkling Sake Spritzer at SASA, Cleveland's premier sake bar.Made from fermented rice, sake is considered to be a rice wine created with a brewing process similar to beer. The intriguing part about sake is there is virtually something to fit everyone's palette, whether it be sweet, dry or bubbly. Nigori, an unfiltered, sweet, creamy sake is another favorite and is featured on our menu that includes sake tastings, cocktails and glass pours (view our Sake Menu).

Cleveland's Premier Sake Bar, SASA has an extensive sake menu with over 40 varieties. On Tuesdays we create a special sake menu and guide our guests through five carefully selected sakes. The best part? These sake flights are $10.
